Re-upload because I'm silly and forgot to add the dancers portion of the video.
Two things:
I LOVE the rendition of Kind Lady used here. Wish it made it to the arcade.
If you're curious what the Order courses are, they're just courses that you customize the size and length of yourself, similar to the custom courses from the earlier games. Same goes for the next few that have them.
