I know that this may not be everyone's cup of tea, but here's some lovely chalk-on-chalk-board sounds, with no talking, and wiping the board down between each set. Stick around to the end to see the board get a good thorough clean!
ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is the phenomenon of 'tingles' in response to auditory and/or visual stimuli (most people's first experiences of ASMR are from having their hair brushed as a child, for example).
