On August 16-17, 1993, NASCAR tested at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in anticipation of the first Brickyard 400 a year later. A combined crowd of over 100,000 fans attended the two-day test. ESPN had coverage in the form of a half-hour highlight show. Includes a hard crash for Kenny Wallace and a four-car crash involving John Andretti, Mark Martin, PJ Jones, and Jimmy Spencer. Also included is a feature on PJ Jones and an interview with Richard Petty and David Pearson.
