Members of the Patriot Guard Riders and others raised a new flag at the Big Curve Shopping Center on the evening of Tuesday, July 3, just in time for the Fourth of July. The previous flag, which underwent about a year of wear, will be honorably retired at a future date.
The new flag was raised at the shopping center as a result of the efforts and funds raised by Marine Corps veteran Mike Haley, who is also a member of the Patriot Guard Riders.
