Races coming up:
Ironman 70.3 Oceanside (april 5, 2025)
Ironman 70.3 World Championship (November 5, 2025)
Gear:
Watch: Tracks distance, pace, swim metrics, and more.
Swimming
1. Wetsuit: For cold water conditions and buoyancy.
2. Swim Goggles: Comfortable, with good visibility and fit.
3. Swim Cap: Often provided by race organizers, but good to have one for training.

Cycling
