Hi guys!
Here is a lower body leg day workout focusing on the hamstrings and a little bit of glutes as well! This is how I build strength and size when training. I love to work in various reps/set ranges, and with different weight loads depending on the workout so I get the best of ALL worlds when it comes to training! I love to build muscle, but I also love to FEEL STRONG! Whichever way you prefer to train, always give it 110%!

1. CONVENTIONAL DEADLIFT
12 reps | 8 reps | 3 sets X 5 reps + Drop set on last set AMRAP
2. BARBELL GLUTE BRIDGE + BAND
4 sets | 10 reps
3. BARBELL RDLS
4 sets | 8 reps
4. SEATED LEG CURLS
4 sets | 10 reps
5. STANDING LEG CURLS
4 sets | 10 reps ea. leg.
