With this recipe, four persons can easily have a good lunch under 100/head. Matar Pulao is very famous and can be easily made with few ingredients.
Ingredients:
Ghee 4tbs 25rupees
Onion 2small
Garlic 3cloves
Black Cardamom 1
Green Cardamom 3
Cumin 1tbs
Cloves 5
Green Peas 500gms 150rupees
Salt 1tbs
Garam Masala Powder 1/2tsp
Water 3.5cups (hot preferably)
