The talented Su-Mei Yu, owner of Saffron Restaurant and notable author of several Thai cookbooks is back again to teach us about another unique citrus fruit. Often mistaken for a traditional grapefruit one finds in the store, the pomel has a very specific way to be cut and prepared that is quite different than the common cut, peel and sweeten grapefruit preparation method.
