Today we are featuring the Kropf Ind Island 6243 with a little twist! We engineered the 6243-floor plan to move the fireplace from the front to the side of the home giving you more wall space for more furniture. We have had a lot of great reviews with this new layout and the modern color choices. We love the accent with the black shiplap that we did on the entertainment center and installing the lower cabinets with the black to tie it all in together. This model also features a king size mattress which is almost un-heard of in the park model industry!
