Full animation is live.
This started as a design exploration, but it quickly became about storytelling.
Tools like Nano Banana make it possible to maintain consistency — same vehicle, same visual language — across multiple shots. That consistency is what allows a sequence to feel like a story instead of a collection of images.
From there, it’s still very much a traditional process:
shaping the narrative, choosing the shots, pacing the motion, and editing everything together in CapCut so it flows as a single piece.
AI accelerates parts of the workflow, but the craft is still in how everything is brought together. That’s the fun part — blending new tools with foundational design and storytelling skills to create something cinematic.
