Dust off the cobwebs and feel longer and stronger with this 25 minute slow flow. My body loves this movement in the morning. How about yours?
Some yoga experience helpful as this session doesn't include much for alignment based cues.
Props: Balloon (if you don't have a leftover ballon laying around the house a yoga block would work OR you can do the core work with no prop at all)
