During his banking career he shifted between business and learning, as he worked for a management consultancy firm between 2009 and 2014, and was heading the learning and Development consulting for 5 years offering, Developing and delivering tens of learning programs to a number of Banks in UAE. He joined Banque Misr in 2021 as Head of Learning and Organization Culture.
