⏱️ How the 25/5 Pomodoro Timer Works
The rules are simple. We follow a strict 30-minute cycle:
FOCUS Time: 25 Minutes
BREAK Time: 5 Minutes
Repeat 4 Times
Step-by-Step Guide:
1. 🟢 FOCUS (25 MINS)
What to do: Pick one single task (studying, writing, coding, cleaning, etc.).
The Goal: Work with 100% concentration. Put your phone away. Use the chill lo-fi beats to block out external noise.
Crucial Rule: Do NOT stop working, look at social media, or check your email until the timer hits zero.
2. 🔴 BREAK (5 MINS)
What to do: When the timer switches to BREAK, you must stop working immediately.
The Goal: Rest your brain and body. Stand up, stretch, grab a drink, look out the window, or close your eyes.
Crucial Rule: Do not start a new task. This short break resets your mind for the next round!
