Ingredients:
2 Mackerel gutted and cleaned
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 lemon
40g peeled ginger
60g peeled garlic cloves
5 soaked Kashmiri red chiles
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
5 tsp cloves
2 tsp turmeric powder
Half a lemon
2 top water if required to aid in grinding paste
Salt to taste
4tbsp coarse samolina
Vegetable oil
