GROUT RENEW, How to apply and wipe up any excess

My process for refreshing bath tile work…
Cleaning tools: Cordless drill, spinning Nylon brush, hard bristle cleaning brush, cleaning solution (water, dish detergent, baking soda), bucket, towel
Cleaning process: Apply cleaning solution to tile work. Scrub clean using Nylon brush on cordless drill and hard bristle brush. Consider brushing using both forward and backward direction of the drill. Wash clean with water.
Caulk removal tools: Scraping blades (square end blades are easy to use), 5-in-1 painters tool, Nylon (body) scrub towel
Caulk removal process: Cut and scrape old caulk off, using blade, 5-in-1 tool, and nylon scrub towel. Wipe clean with dry towel.
Grouting tools: Grout removal (triangular tip diamond carbide) tool, Polyblend plus non-sanded grout (which you add water toothpaste consistency), grout applying scraping float/tool/finger, bucket of water, grout sponge, Nylon (body) scrub towel
Grouting process: Remove loose or very dirty grout. Pushing the triangular removal tool is effective. Mix grout with water. Press grout into grout lines. Drag and press float 45 degrees from grout lines. Scrape excess off, holding the float 90 degrees from the tile surface. Soak and squeeze sponge between two hands. Wipe tile surface clean while rotating the sponge, so clean sponge is wiping the tile. Apply more pressure on the sponge to get a move recessed grout line. After grout drys, remove haze on tile with scrub towel.
Caulking tools: painters tape, latest most long lasting silicone caulk (choose one that’s being sold in large quantities at Home Depot), caulk shaping tool, a roll of toilet paper, caulk gun
Caulking process: Identify appropriately sized caulk shaping tool to allow caulk bead to cover the gap to be sealed, Do vertical ones first. Do horizontal ones after vertical ones dries. Use painter’s tape to mask either side of the expected bead size, just outside the bead, not inside the bead. Cut caulk tip. Poke through plastic film inside. Apply caulk with excess. Scrape the excess away with shaping tool. Clean tool as necessary with toilet paper. Peel off masking tape. Let dry.
Sealing tools: Toothbrush with unwanted bristles cut, Papermate eraseable pen Cap or other suitably sized plastic cylinders that can glide on either sides of the grout line while not touching the grout line, damp towel to wipe excess from tile, a (vitamin bottle) plastic cap
Sealing process: Pour some GROUT RENEW (GN) in plastic cap. Dip toothbrush in GN. Apply GN to grout line. Brush GN into all pores. Wrap pen cap in damp towel. Wipe clean excess GN from tile, but not grout line. Apply to horizontal grout lines of a wall first, then do the vertical grout lines. If applying over fresh grout, consider applying two coat of GN to ensure all pores are sealed.
