Ford STUMPS Shop...Runs on 4 Cylinders when HOT?? (5.4L 3V V8: VCT MALFUNCTION P1346)

Today we have a big American SUV dragged in from another shop for a diagnosis:
a 2011 Ford Expedition with the familiar 5.4L 3V Triton V8.
Customer complaint: severe "misfire" where Bank 2 completely stops contributing...only when HOT!
Supposedly a P0346 code sets, indicating a timing problem on Bank 2.
Parts cannon already FAILED: a VCT Solenoid, a PCM, and "hack bypass wiring" didn't fix anything!
Let's let the data lead our diagnosis...but how does this data make ANY SENSE??
I wonder if @FordTechMakuloco has seen this failure before?
