I began my workout with a quick stretching and warm-up session for my chest and triceps. 🏋️♂️
I focused on the major muscle group, chest, first. I completed 3 workouts for the chest and then moved on to the triceps, also doing 3 exercises for that muscle group. 💪
The chest pumping session went well, but surprisingly, my triceps felt particularly good today despite fasting. 💥
I aim to improve every day, even during fasting, and strive for progress in my workouts. 🌟
