Testing Output Transformers, Changing the Impedance

I have 2 sets of different primary impedance transformers, that are otherwise the same, to test for my EL34 build. Right now I'm using the 6SQ7/EL34 as a test bed for these, as the 12AX7 version will be using the same output stage. The results are quite different than I expected and it's why testing and listening has to be done! I feel like output transformers really are the "Black art" of tube audio and I want to learn more about all of this!

I apologize for the slightly crooked camera angle in advance :P I'll pay more attention in the future but didn't feel it was bad enough to re-record the whole thing.
