Next, we head down toward Konak and Gündoğdu Square, the city's most iconic seaside gathering spots. From here, we walk along the scenic coastline, taking in Konak Park, the Aegean breeze, and the relaxed local life.

Our walk continues into the bustling heart of Alsancak, Izmir’s most lively and modern district. We explore:

🛍️ Ali Çetinkaya Street and Kıbrıs Şehitleri Street — full of boutique shops, cozy cafes, stylish bars, and local eateries.

🍽️ A wide variety of street food, Turkish restaurants, and dessert shops offering İzmir's famous boyoz, gevrek (simit), and local seafood.

Finally, we arrive at the historical Izmir Asansör (Elevator Tower), built in 1907 to connect two parts of the city. We ride to the top for breathtaking views of Izmir’s coastline, rooftops, and skyline, and enjoy the atmosphere of the cafes and streets at the top.
