Doom: Refracted Reality- Maiestas - Guncaster 3.888c + Neural Package Update

WIP Intro, I am not convinced since I know I can add better action sequences, I might change it.
Guncaster Update (GitHub) version, it features a new Chaingun, changes to some sprites offsets and new spell behaviors, I didnt use other Monster Packages because of Crashes, this might change in the future.
