Imagine this: the golden streets of Heaven, where praise never ceases, where worship flows like a river, where holiness is the very atmosphere. Suddenly, somewhere on Earth, a Christian — one of Jesus’ own — makes a choice that goes against God’s will. A lie is told. A temptation is given in to. A heart grows cold. What happens in Heaven in that moment?
It’s not chaos or anger that fills Heaven. It’s something deeper — a holy sorrow mixed with unshakable love. Because Heaven is not ignorant of what happens on Earth. Every thought, every word, every action of the believer is fully known in Heaven. Jesus once said that even the hairs of our heads are numbered, that not a single sparrow falls without the Father knowing. So how much more would Heaven be aware when one of God’s children falls into sin?
