Alright guys, here's the link to the shifter: https://hdmoto.com/moto/honda-crf250l... This is actually for a 2013-2017 Honda CRF250L but fits perfect. Select the +20mm head for this exact one. Some folks really love the heel shifter but it just doesn't fit my riding style. If you ride in the woods a ton like we do, this may be the perfect shifter for you!!
