26! years of having adhd! and I still haven't got a good grasp on it. here's yap about my attempts at managing my adhd and what has and hasnt really worked for me :p

*disclaimer:* please dont be discouraged by my poor experience with meds! meds are not the only answer and there are a lot of different ways to manage how you feel day to day. Its intimidating to not know how, but it doesnt mean you wont ever figure it out.
while making this video I discovered ‪@alorayoungofficielle‬ (note instagram is her main platform and she uploads more on there). she posts a lot of really interesting and helpful shorts about AuDHD including ways to manage your symptoms. If you're looking for ways to "beat the fight" of ADHD while not on meds, I'd recommend you check her Instagram page out, or look at her YT shorts :)
