I managed to film this Carousel at the Anne Arundel County Fair on September 17, 2017.
About the carousel: This Carousel is made and manufactured by Chance Rides. The owner of this one is Jolly Shows.
The Carousel appears to be using a recording of Wurlitzer 153 volume 22, which you can get a CD of from music.carouselstores.com. Not to mention, this Carousel has appeared in the Glen Burnie carnival and the Earleigh Heights Carnival throughout the years.
