Gameplay of Dark Tetra Dualies on rainmaker. It's been a long time since I've last played the base kit of this weapon, so I want to play this weapon again. Tetra Dualies are a mid-ish range that deals okay damage, good mobility, decent paint output, and solid DPS. And the kit is pretty solid. Autobomb is a sub weapon that will seek out opponents when landing on the ground. If an enemy is near the autobomb, the bomb will waddle toward the nearest opponents until they're next too them and then explode. And reefslider is a special weapon that allows you to ride a inflatable shark and travel through a trail, crushing opponent along the way. Once you reach the max distance or your desire distance, the shark will then explode. Now let's talk about the strength and weakness of this weapon and it's kit. The weapon is quite threatening once you're able to get in. The weapon can dodge roll four time and can continue shooting during a dodge roll. And with the solid DPS and low ink consumption on the dodge roll, the weapon is quite good as closing the distance and applying pressure while evading shots. But the end lag from the dodge roll is quite bad, leaving you pretty vulnerable to attacks. The standard fire is also quite inaccurate. Autobomb is quite cheap to use and can help seek out opponent hiding around corners and displace them. But the bomb can easily be avoid if left alone by either swimming away or activating it early and then run away. And reefslider is good for quickly applying pressure and can quickly turn the tides of a match, if you can hit multiple opponents. Otherwise, this special is pretty risky to use since its pathing can be very predictable and the end lag once the special is over is quite bad, leaving you very vulnerable to attacks. So when playing Dark Tetra Dualies, you want to focus on apply aggro pressure. Utilize cover and try to flank or shark your opponents to close the gap and apply pressure. You can use the dodges rolls to close the distance as well as to evade shot during a fight. Throw some autobombs to find opponents hiding around corner and once you have special ready, activate it to either quickly win a 1v1 fight or help continue the pressure during a push.
