The Core i3 10320 - Is Intel's Most Powerful i3 Worth Buying?

Today we're taking a look at Intel's most powerful and possibly the most expensive i3 ever. With a price that equals that of the 6 Core i5 10400F, should anyone consider the 4 Core 8 Thread i3 chip instead, or is this a product that doesn't need to exist?
