There's many of us that may read the Guru's words but almost miss the essence of meditating or falling into meditating on the Guru's words. The deeper we contemplate the Mool Mantar, the more it will strip away the false layers of identity that we have created. It's only then that we can experience meditation which is connecting to the truth.
