Getting buy in is one of the toughest parts of driving change.
Too often, leaders confuse compliance or endorsement with real commitment. But true buy in has two parts:
1. People believe your initiative is good and legitimate
2. People actively contribute to making it succeed
If you only have one of these, you don’t have buy in.
In this video, I share a simple way to spot the difference and why you should always be looking for champions, not just supporters.
