An energetic, fast paced hyper blend of J-Pop and my own style of Anime Rap, Cross x Cross (don't say the x!) draws inspiration from my time spent in Tokyo last year during my first headline tour The Genki Dama Tour Japan.

It's a bit 'Creepy Nuts', a bit 'Yoasobi', a bit 'Ado', but still so uniquely Shao.

Produced by platinum #1 J-Pop songwriter WUNDER RiKU (King & Prince, Kid Phenomenon, Hoyoverse, Hololive, Miku), we captured the organised chaotic energy of Tokyo's Shibuya Crossing at rush hour and turned that into an infectious anthem.

Full of diverse musical sections, gaming sounds and samples that sound like they're straight of the Tokyo underground (the subway trains not the Yakuza) Cross x Cross is my most 'Anime Opening' sounding song so far!

This song is very different to what I normally do, but I REALLY like it. It's unhinged!
