Ingredients:

200gm White Chickpeas [ soaked over night ]
2 - 2.5 glass water
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Bay leaf
small piece of cinnamon stick
1 Black cardamom
4 green cardamom
3-4 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 pinch Asafoetida
2 medium size onion paste
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
2 pinch Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Aamchur/chaat masala powder
Salt to taste
2 pinch Black Salt
1 tbsp kitchen king/chole masala
some Water

for paste:
3 tomato
4 green chilli
some boiled chickpeas
water

add paste
add boiled chickpeas with water
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves

for tadka:
Ghee
2 green chilli
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

add tadka
coriander leaves
Serve with Bhatura or kulcha
