The only known 411s left with original fixtures in KL, apart from Petronas Twin Towers.
Building has been renamed 3 different times, but it originally opened as Bangunan AMDB in 1993: https://books.google.com.sg/books?id=...
Lifts have survived the whole time and run relatively well. There's also a Spec Creces in a short connected block serving G to L3 and L5, skipping L4. 1993 would make it one of the earliest overseas models.
Fire lift and the one across serve all floors except L3, 2 of them serve 5-20, and 2 serve 4-20, apart from G which all stop at of course.
B1 and LG are the underground carpark, for some reason lift access is disabled and you have to walk down the stairs from G. 1-4 are a mix of carpark and tenants, but you can access them directly via the lift.
The underground carpark also links to the hospital next door, which has Schindler 5500s, accessible from the carpark.
