Every year, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office organizes a heartwarming and impactful back-to-school event for students who could use a little extra help getting ready for the new school year. Our annual Shop with the Sheriff event features breakfast, school clothes shopping, and lunch, all while spending quality time with members of the Sheriff's Office . Shopping is certainly the highlight, with students heading home with new clothes and shoes for school, but our goal is for them also to gain a boost in confidence and self-esteem. This event offers valuable mentoring opportunities and helps students view deputies as positive role models and friends. A big thank you to AdventHealth and our other business and community partners who helped us make this event a big success.
