**Important Note** Please note that since I don’t watch a lot of other videos by other builders (as I like to try to figure out builds on my own), I don’t honestly know if any of the furniture portion of these builds have already been used. Considering there are only a certain number of items in the game, and only so many combinations you can make for certain furniture styles that exist in real life, I am certain that there are other builders whom have already figure out those ideas.
