How to make a batch of mouth watering Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings in the instant pot your family will go nuts over. We start the wings in a marinade of salt, pepper, butter, olive oil, and a whole head of garlic and after they have been pressure cooked and roasted, they are tossed in sesame oil, peanut oil, garlic, and green onions.
