Steam Canning Raspberry Peach Jam

We show how to combine these two wonderful summer fruits into a delicious jam that we can steam can. It is delicious and so beautiful to look at in the jars. It is also very quick when we use frozen fruit to begin with.
Products:
Steam/Water Bath Canner https://amzn.to/3NLmoMt
Here is the recipe:
3 cups crushed raspberries (I used frozen)
2 cups finely chopped peaches (I used frozen)
6 cups sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon butter to reduce foam (optional)
1 box Sure Jell
Continue by following the procedure given in the Sure Jell recipe found in the box.
