The Mastercard Foundation Leaders in Teaching (LIT) Project has officially concluded at the UR-College of Education. Yet, the College remains deeply committed to sustaining its legacy and integrating the project’s gains into future initiatives aimed at strengthening teacher education in Rwanda.
