Dinas Bran Castle sits atop a hill over a 1000 foot above the valley below, near Llangollen.
Though there are centuries of history linked to the ruins of the castle and the hill itself, we are looking at some of the folklore stories attached here that include a ghostly monk, a giant eagle, goblins, lost treasure snd a giant demon.
It is incredible to think that the castle( built in 1260 and only lasting 20 years) still has parts of the wall and keep standing over 800 years later.
