How do we feel inspired to make the choice for loving-kindness, even when the world at times feels unkind and menacing? We make the choice because it is the deepest truth of who we are, and we refuse to forget our innate goodness. Our choice for loving-kindness is our expression of resistance to the unconsciousness that propogates darkness and division in it's ignorance. It takes immense courage and bravery to be who we are, and who we are is Love itself, in it's purest form.
