Here’s a song called “Kentucky Rain” with a video back a few months ago in a Blackhills cabin. It’s somewhat about my car breaking down in Kentucky in pouring rain after a week in Nashville recording my most recent album, Deja Vu. I got out of the car and there was a dead owl on the shoulder, which I took as a sign that the divine spirit was with me. Then, just so happened the fill-in tow company driver had a repair shop and he stayed open an extra couple hours to put a crank shaft sensor in.
