In the 1990’s there was a string of compilation VHS releases of Freddie, but this release was a strange title move because it had the same title as the 1985 TV special The Freddie Starr Comedy Express, where as this 1990 version was a compilation of sketches edited from the original 1985 TV special but also included footage edited from the following TV specials Freddie Starr On The Road 1981 & Freddie Starr At The Royalty 1984, also included are appearances with Des O’ Connor and also the performance of Vincent from London Night Out in 1983. However on a whole it’s still a great compilation to have.
