Apartment Hunting in Sendai

I'm moving!

...but not far. Just from a small apartment to a bigger one! I noticed there's not a lot of info out there about apartment prices in Sendai, so I figured I'd post it here in case it helps someone. Or for friends back home curious what rent is like in Japan. I was taking video notes for myself anyways, so might as well, right?

(When I first moved to Sendai from Yokohama I didn't realize prices were a lot cheaper so when I told the real estate agent what my budget is I ended up being shown only luxury, newly built apartments 😵‍💫 I wish I had known that sooner. I definitely lowered my upper range limit for this time around😅)
