On Wednesday 19th April 2023, we spent almost one hour at Anděl, one of the busiest junctions on the Prague tram network.
It is a three quarter grand union junction and, at times, there are up to three movements going on at the same time.
It is a tribute to Prague's very professional tram driving team that they do not have accidents involving other trams or, indeed, pedestrians who seem to think they are immune to eighteen tonnes of tram bearing down on them.
Several Tatra T3 cars have been turned out in special liveries warning of the "danger of death" when a pedestrian takes on a tram!
