The CDNIS Big Band is directed by Mr. O'Toole, and these rehearsals are one of the highlights of his week! The students find a way to dedicate 30 minutes for practice on Mondays and Fridays during lunch. Given the limited time they have together, the impressive results you hear are a testament to the students' high skill level.
At the Prestigious MusicFest Canada National Festival in 2024, the Big Band's submission earned them a Silver Award!
