Beach Hopping on $1000 Scooters! - Atlantic Ocean Ferry Ride

This is part two of our 2,000 mile scooter adventure with ‪@Notfounddddd‬

We start out in Virginia Beach and make our way across the Chesapeake channel to stay at a beachside KOA for the evening. After a refreshing dip in the Atlantic we saddled back up to start our journey to NYC. First we had to take the Cape May - Lewes Ferry to get into New Jersey where we stopped at the Lighthouse and found an underground bunker. The next morning we rode out to Sandy Hook to reveal to the girls what us boys had been planning.

We camped off of our bikes this entire trip, and cooked a lot of our meals. Staying at KOA's and other campgrounds along the way. (There isn't a lot of free camping in the East unfortunately..) While we could have done this trip a lot cheaper, all in all Alexis and I spent a grand total of around $900 for this 8 day adventure. That includes everything from food to fuel, tolls, camping fees and some tourist activities along the way.
