Hey everyone! I forgot to mention another step that can be added to the "Transmutation" exercise I described for releasing tension / blockages and negative emotions.

Not only can you use your "Fire" and etheric awareness - or proprioception, to some degree - but you can also use your "Water" or astral awareness - or visualization, to some degree - to imagine (or actually become aware of if you're able) the color of whatever you're feeling. Then, you can either "imagine" the color changing to another color or completely disappearing. An alternative to this is to actually step OUT OF the color and leave it behind to dissipate into entropy and nothingness OR to step out of the color INTO a cloud or pool of another color and allow yourself to absorb it into yourself.

Now, one can obviously apply this with "Wind" and "Earth" as well. One example of how this might be done is through analyzing the source and / or consequences of the experience (Wind) and using physical relaxation techniques as well, like breathing, asana, or light exercise, perhaps (Earth).
