Recipe Sweet Spring Snakes

Dough
400 g wheat flour
7 g active dry yeast
160 ml milk, lukewarm
45 g sugar
60 g butter, softened
1 medium egg
1 pinch of salt

Custard
800 ml milk
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp corn starch
1 handful fresh violets
4 egg yolks
3 Tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla
