These ladoos are rich in fiber, iron, and healthy fats—perfect for winters, fasting days, school snack boxes, or as a natural pre-workout booster.
✨ INGREDIENTS
1 cup almonds/cashews/pistachios
1 cup chia seeds/flax seeds/sesame seeds
1 cup pumpkin/sunflower seeds
1 cup walnuts
1 cup dates (seedless)
½ cup raisins
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder(optional)
✨ INSTRUCTIONS
Dry roast almonds, cashews, and walnuts for 2–3 minutes on low flame.
Let them cool, then pulse grind them coarsely (do not make a paste).
Dry roast all the seeds and do not grind them.
Blend dates and raisins until sticky.
Mix all dry fruits with the date mixture.
Add ghee.
Shape into small ladoos.
Store in an airtight container for up to 15 days.
