Luke Skywalker Belt DIY | RotJ Luke Cosplay

Today, I begin work on my Luke Skywalker Return of the Jedi costume. The first step is to put together the belt. So, that’s what I did! – Rob

The Chicago Screws I used were some I had from a previous project. To determine the size you need, measure the thickness of your belt and add the thickness of however many layers on top of that will be held down. For Example: the section that holds the belt buckle is 2 layers of the belt (the end folded over on itself). The Chicago Screws holding that section would have to be equal in length to the thickness of the belt multiplied by 2.
