​പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ വെച്ച് ഇൻസ്‌പെക്ടർ ശർമ്മയുടെയും സബ് ഇൻസ്‌പെക്ടർ വർമ്മയുടെയും ക്രൂരമായ മർദ്ദനത്തിനും, പഴകിയ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുന്നതിനും, സ്റ്റേഷൻ വൃത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിനും, ഷൂ നക്കുന്നതിനും പോലും അദ്ദേഹം വിധേയനായി. ഓരോ മർദ്ദനവും ഒരു സാധാരണ പൗരനോടുള്ള സിസ്റ്റത്തിന്റെ അനീതിയുടെ തെളിവുകളായി മാറി. തന്റെ പോക്കറ്റിൽ ഒളിപ്പിച്ച റെക്കോർഡർ എല്ലാ അനീതികളും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.

​The story begins late at night as a ragged, impoverished beggar stands outside a police station seeking shelter from the cold rain. Unbeknownst to the policemen inside, this beggar is actually the District Magistrate (DM), Rajesh Kumar, the highest official in the district. Driven by continuous complaints about police misconduct, brutality, and corruption towards the poor, DM Rajesh decides to go undercover to witness the truth firsthand.​He meticulously transforms himself into a believable beggar, adopting the clothes, smell, mannerisms, and a fabricated backstory. Hiding a small recorder in his pocket, he approaches the police station.
​At the station, Inspectors Sharma and Sub-Inspector Varma treat him with extreme cruelty. He is verbally abused, physically assaulted (kicked and beaten with a baton), and forced to stand in the rain. Later, he is ordered to clean the entire station, including the washrooms, and is given stale, rotten bread and dirty water to eat. During the night, he witnesses the police brutally mistreating an old man seeking water and a small hungry child.
​The final act of humiliation comes at dawn when Inspector Sharma asks him to lick his shoe before leaving. This pushes Rajesh past his limit.​Rajesh suddenly stands straight, brushes off the dirt, and reveals his official identity card: District Magistrate Rajesh Kumar. The two cruel inspectors and the other policemen are instantly paralyzed with shock and fear.
​Upon revealing his identity, DM Rajesh Kumar summoned the Inspector General and Senior Superintendent of Police. He played the recorded evidence of the officers' misconduct and immediately ordered the suspension and arrest of Inspector Sharma, Sub-Inspector Varma, and all involved. Rajesh then mandated CCTV cameras in all stations and vowed to continue surprise inspections in disguise. This highly publicized event triggered widespread police reforms across the state, fulfilling his promise to his father to fight for the underprivileged and renew the commitment to human dignity.
