1: Psychological problems like post partum depression and baby blues ,in it female can hurt herself and her baby.Give comfortable atmosphere to female after baby birth.
2: Increase blood pressure after delivery which is called postpartum eclampsia,in it brain edema occurs and fits are reported to female.It is medical emergency.
3: Iron rich diet and balanced diet is mandatory to cope up birth trauma.
4: physical activities are very important after delivery.Immobility causes late wound healing and thromboembolism.
5: Postpartum haemorrhage, it's of two types , primary PPH and secondary PPH., bleeding after delivery is an emergency.
6:care of wound either normal delivery or cesarean delivery, general hygiene is also important.A female should take bath after 48 hours of delivery, change sanitary pads to avoid bacterial growth.
40 days after delivery are very important days for a female,a female should be mentally and physically healthy.
